What materials are your jewellery pieces made of?
Every Luxe Ember piece is finished with 18K gold plating. Our bases are stainless steel, brass or alloy, and a small selection of pieces are crafted from 925 sterling silver. Pieces featuring pearls use high-quality faux (imitation) pearls. Our gold-plated stainless steel pieces are water and tarnish resistant; for all plated jewellery, avoid perfume, chemicals and long contact with water to keep the finish looking its best. What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship via Standard shipping from $6.99 AUD (2-8 business days), or Express shipping at $15.99 AUD (1-3 business days). International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $25 AUD for orders under $150 AUD, and a flat rate of $15 AUD for orders $150 AUD and above. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for instructions on how to initiate a return.
